- Account information: your name or display name and email address. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email address.
- User content: photos, videos, wallpapers, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, categories, and other information you choose to upload or publish through MotionDock.
- Product interaction data: information about how you use MotionDock, including wallpaper downloads, favorites, likes, upload activity, wallpaper activity, and interactions with marketplace features.
- Crash data: diagnostic information about crashes, errors, and related technical events.
- Performance data: information about app responsiveness, launch and loading performance, resource usage, and other technical performance measurements.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- create and manage accounts, profiles, authentication, and creator attribution;
- provide core app features, including wallpaper import, playback, favorites, downloads, uploads, and marketplace functionality;
- store, process, display, distribute, and moderate user-uploaded wallpapers and related content;
- maintain service reliability, diagnose crashes, measure performance, troubleshoot problems, and improve MotionDock;
- protect users, prevent abuse, enforce our rules, and respond to support or legal requests.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for third-party advertising, and we do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We may share information with service providers that process data on our behalf to operate MotionDock, such as authentication, database, file storage, content delivery, hosting, crash diagnostics, and performance monitoring providers. These providers may include Apple, Supabase, Cloudflare, and other infrastructure providers used to deliver the service.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. If such a business transfer occurs, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to transferred personal information unless users are notified otherwise.
5. Public Content
Wallpapers and related profile or creator information that you choose to publish to the MotionDock marketplace may become publicly accessible and may be viewed, downloaded, or shared by other users. Do not upload content that you do not want to make public or that you do not have the right to share.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide MotionDock, maintain account and marketplace functionality, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. User content may remain available until it is deleted by you or removed by us, subject to limited backup, security, or legal retention.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may manage certain account details, favorites, and uploaded wallpapers within MotionDock. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
